From inception, we have looked to Europe for ideas to challenge conventional manufacturing, which has become ingrained in the DNA of our business. We have created a European style dual educational program where you will be studying and receiving on the job training, while being paid a salary and benefits. This program will develop the manufacturing workforce that is in demand in the united states as automation replaces low cost labor.

We will be hiring graduating high school students into our 4 year apprentice program. As part of this program you will receive our full benefits (next pages) a graduating salary starting at $ 24,500.00 And culminating as an engineer at the completion of the program with a salary of $ 70,000.00
